Hi Jim,
Watching the "book report" videos was fun. There are many creative talented students in your Ed.Psych. class. I especially liked the Last Child In The Woods group use of children in their i-movie. Lots of very important points are made in that book.
The First Lecture/Last Lecture movie was very well done also. I liked that they switched the title because they are going to be new teachers soon. The idea of "following your dreams" and the use of famous movie clips was also good.
Great quotes and music were also incorporated into this i-movie.
The Three Cups of Tea presentation covered the "big ideas" in the book, but wasn't as creative as some of the other i-movies.
I was in the group that reviewed the Freedom Writers Diary. We had good backgrounds, photos, and music. Our group did a great job of tying Erin Gruwell's teaching strategies in with Anita Woolfolk's theories in her Ed. Psych. text book.
This was a very worthwhile assignment. I learned from all of the i-movies. Thanks, Bridget Casper
